Sunday School. The Christmas Pageant. Youth Sunday. Jr. Daughters of the King. Whether you'd like to spend your morning in the nursery while your parents are in church, or you're looking for your first big break in show business as a Wise Man, Trinity has a place for you. Christmas Pageant Every year, the children and youth of the Parish share the joy of the Christmas Pageant at the Christmas Eve family service. In 2007, the pageant was directed by Noah Jenkins, a high-school junior, assisted by his mother, Anne Sibley. The children in the pageant rehearsed through the month of December, during Sunday School classes and in a few additional sessions. The young people rose to the occasion, showed great organization and maturity in each carrying out their part, and the final result was well appreciated! The Christmas Pageant is a marvelous opportunity for youngsters from four on up and the young-at-heart to share with God's people the Nativity Story. Junior Daughters of the King Each of our young women has continued to grow in grace and truth over this past year. Initiated by our beloved and much-missed Deacon Peggy, the Jr. Daughters of the King meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, and provides an opportunity for girls and young women in the Parish to pray together, study God's word, and enjoy each other's fellowship. In all we do, our goal is this: to learn to better love God with all our heart by loving each other with all our souls by being diligent in prayer with all our minds by studying God s word with all our strength by actively serving others |
